Cobb Salad


Ingredients

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup watercress
  • ½ small tomato, diced
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 ounces roasted turkey, sliced
  • ¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 egg, boiled, peeled, chopped

Directions

  1. Toss all lettuce together in a large bowl.
  1. You can top with other vegetables, meat, and cheese.
  1. For a classic presentation, divide ingredients in rows to top your salad.
