Cherry Tomato & Burrata Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg (12 oz) Cherry Tomatoes on the Vine, stems removed, halved

  • 1 pkg (12 oz) Orange Poppers Cherry Tomatoes on the Vine, stems removed, halved

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 pkg (8 oz) burrata cheese, drained, each piece quartered

  • 1 pkg (.25 oz) basil leaves, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup balsamic binaigrette


Directions
  1. Arrange tomatoes on serving platter; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil.

  2. Top tomatoes evenly with cheese. Top cheese with basil; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
